Combine Pick-Up Belts: Legg's patented Flexi-Tooth^® pick up teeth, that snap in new, and snap out for replacement, WITH OUT TAKING OFF THE BELT, will save you hours of down time.  Made of strong impregnated nylon, these teeth will give you acres and acres of harvest.  Legg Co. also offers pick-up belts in the traditional bolt on tine, or with out tines if you want to reuse your own.  A 100% S&Z Twist polyester carcass insures good tracking, and you know what a pain it can be.  The 100% polyester will not rot, mildew, or stretch.

Cleated Tub Grinder Discharge Belts:  Legg's 2 ply cleated discharge belt is the best money can buy.  Integrally molded cleats insure they wont come off.  2 Ply 100% polyester carcass insures years of service without the chance of rot or stretch.  S&Z Twist fabric for the ultimate tracking experience.  You'll love it!

Round Baler Belting

3 PLY BALER BELT Nylon/Polyester/Nylon

Our most popular belt, this three ply belt is designed specifically with today’s high density balers and heavy users in mind. It’s innovative design provides the ultimate in flexibility, strength, and tracking, all with minimal stretch.  The outer plies are a nylon length yarn and polyester cross yarn to provide for exceptional flex life going around the rollers, but maintains stiffness across the belt to prevent roll over.  The inner ply is an all polyester ply for minimum belt elongation.   Improved rubber covers and fabrics increase hook holding ability and are designed to withstand the extreme flexing belts must undergo in large round balers. Available with Textured covers, or with Legg’s Mini-Roughtop, Roughtop, Chevron, or Diamond Top.

This performance is achieved by utilizing high quality compound between plies, (skims) to allow the plies to easily shift as the belts travel over the rollers. High ozone and oxidation inhibitors in the cover compounds, along with high abrasion resistance, provide for years of service life from your Legg baler belts. The low stretch, low modulus 100% polyester provides for very high tension ratings in Legg’s baler belts. Assuring years of trouble free running without significant stretch with stable tracking characteristics.

2 PLY BALER BELT

Utilizing the same technology as the 3 ply baler belt, with a  Legg’s 2 ply belt is one of the best economy belts on the market. It uses the same high elongation, high adhesion skim compounds, coupled with the same high ozone and oxidation resistant, high abrasion resistant cover compounds for maximum belt life. The same low modulus polyester fabrics are used in this belt for tracking stability, high strength, and low stretch. Available in both Textured and Mini-Roughtop, a superior 2 ply baler belt.

Not all swather canvas is created equal. Here at Legg Company we manufacture what we believe to be the best canvas on the market. We incorporate over 41 years of swather canvas manufacturing technology in a state of the art facility. Because Legg Company does more than just swather canvas, we can incorporate technology from various industries into our swather canvas. 

Legg Company uses a 19 or 25 oz. 100% S & Z twist Spun Polyester in our swather canvas. This is the most stable, best tracking fabric on the market. It gives excellent wear, wont rot, and is very dimensionally stable.  Then we add a side laminate of the strongest and most rip resistant fabric you can fit into the space available.

The S & Z weave insures the best tracking with the least amount of effort and maintenance. Used by high speed sorting equipment, incorporating this into swather canvas just makes sense due to the traditional tracking problems of swather canvas.  And yes, the new side laminate is also S&Z twist.

Oil resistant rubber compounds are available to help our canvas stand up against the oil residue left behind by harvesting oily crops such as canola, rape, and soybeans. It also helps the canvas hold up to the grease and oils from the swather and/or the tractor.

WE HAVE MORE RUBBER! Legg Company puts additional rubber on the top of the canvas to help prolong the life of the canvas. This is especially important in crops with large stems such as canola. We also put more rubber on the bottom of the canvas helping to decrease wear on the underside of the belt.

All our canvas is ozone and oxidation resistant.

The Eliminator RX is our premium replacement draper for self-propelled and pull type windrowers, as well as direct cut draper headers.  41 years of manufacturing technology combined with an excellent reputation for quality makes this the best draper on the market. With many features you will not find in the competitions draper, Legg’s Eliminator RX is your best choice for your windrower needs. The diamond shaped fiberglass rod re-enforced integrally molded cleats will provide excellent rigidity while delivering years of maintenance free operation. Additional rubber on the top and bottom of the canvas in combination with Legg’s patented oil resistance rubber compound makes Rub-R-Slat Xtra the right draper for the job. The 100% Spun Polyester draper fabric will not rot, stretch, or shrink and will give years of service, and is available in a 19 oz. or a premium 25 oz.

This draper incorporates the same technology and quality as the Eliminator RX, but with out the diamond fiberglass rod reinforcement in the center of the cleat. This makes it an ideal choice for bean rowers and other windrowers with full draper support. 19 oz. Spun Polyester draper fabric makes this an extremely durable product. The S & Z Twist makes for quick and consistent tracking.
